The House was beautiful, clean, and a perfect lay out for our family of 6. The pool was right there as well as the ocean. Only complaint was there was so much sea moss on the beach and some trash from being washed up. Even with that though we were able to snorkel right from our back door and that was great. It was quiet and relaxed. Close drive to Rum Point. You do need a car to get around the island, which we had. Quick drive to Starfish Point where we snorkeled and saw lots of starfish. Great vacation rental!

We had a great stay at Ocean Paradise. The location near Rum Point was ideal for us, quiet, relaxing, and away from the crowds. The house was amazing! We stayed in the green house, so from your patio (and hammocks) you're steps from the beach and ocean. The house was actually bigger than the pictures made it look. The bedrooms were nice, the bathrooms had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, and the kitchen provided everything we needed to entertain ourselves. We also used the gas grill twice, and found that there are spare propane tanks in the poolside storage bins. The only downside was the sargassum on the beach during our stay, which limited our access to the water. That said, the owner was very responsive and quickly provided a rake so we could clear a path to the water, which we appreciated. Overall, we loved our stay at the green house. It truly is a great option if you’re looking for a peaceful spot on the quieter side of the island.

Awesome place to stay. Wish the beach was cleaner from the sea weed but not much yo can do about that as this side of the Island is exposed to open sea. Loved the place and views! We will be returning. Thanks again !

This was our second stay at the property, first at 2013. Although a little older, the property worked well for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids. The house was clean and fairly well equipped. We tended to eat dinner at the house and found the kitchen equipment satisfactory but missing a few desired things. Management was very friendly and responsive. The pool was well maintained and used heavily by our group. Due to the winter storm in the northeast we extended our stay a few days, necessitating a move to a different house. The transfer was seamless. We now have stayed in 3 of the 5 houses. Ocean Paradise was certainly that for our travels this year. Thanks again!

The green villa was fantastic! The bedroom balcony with the ocean view , the pool right next to the villa, location close to Rum Point (with plenty of tours leaving from there)- all were outstanding. There are pots and pans , dishes and utensils to cook your own meals, a washer and dryer, and there is a small grocery store less than ten minutes away. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the villas. It was very comfortable for two couples to stay here this time. The first time was in the number 1 villa, and it was great too, although we definitely prefer the one right on the beach. The only thing I would change is that the air conditioning is locked at no lower than 75 degrees. It made it difficult to sleep, even though the bed was comfortable. We would definitely come back again!

We love staying at Ocean Paradise. We loved staying in the green house this time. This was our second trip and we're already planning to return for a third stay. Waking up in green with the ocean literally steps out our door was amazing. We love staying on the north side where we can just relax. We spent many days at the pool.

Very spacious home! We enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right on the beach. Appreciated the amenities like having beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach. Close to Rum Point, where we did some excursions. This is on North side (as stated), and so a 45 minute drive to airport and other side of the island. A rental car is needed. All around, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect home with lots of space right on coast with great shared pool with only 3 other homes. Perfect location for us as we only spent a day in Georgetown. Rum Point and Kaibo perfect areas for catching boat trips and spending time with great restaurants. Local convenience store nearby. Perfectly peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house on quiet North Side. A bit of a drive to get anywhere, but that was expected.

This place was lovely. Much bigger than what appeared in the photos. Quiet and peaceful just what we needed. Easy to get to activities. The beach was great for snorkeling, lots of sea life.

We loved our stay however it was cut short by Hurricane Myerl. With that being said, Sean was very responsive to our questions and concerns about leaving the island. Sean was very concerned with our safety. We did leave the island early, but will be back. The cottage was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the time we were there. Thanks Sean for everything!

Peaceful location, easy to find, lots of space inside and outside, very clean and organized, everything you need is provided to enjoy the pool, the beach, and snorkeling.

Amazing place to stay.. Very calm and is how you see in pictures. The Host was very responsive and communicative through out the stay. I will be going back for sure and this time will book all five houses for my family of 25

We loved the house. It was right in the water. Beautiful breeze kept it comfortable. Pool was nice. My husband and I liked the quiet, less crowded atmosphere. We went to 7 mile beach which was wonderful but the area was busier. I liked that the house was close to Rum Point. Thank you for an awesome trip!

Great place to unwind. The beach is right outside your door. Enough sand to layout. Enough rock and coral to snorkel. It's all about the location for us. I forgot how enjoyable a hammock can be. Super close to Rum Point though a bit of a hike to SMB. Very laid back vibe at this location. And it was fun getting to know some of the neighbors at the pool. Some people moved over here from SMB to get away from the crowds. Plenty of space in the house and every bedroom had a view. The area is nicely attended by professionals to keep the place nice. They even cleaned up the washed up sargassum from the beach - it's not excessive just cleaning it up. Sean was attentive to messages. I on the other hand unplugged.

We had a great stay at Ocean Paradise! There were 6 of us and it was very comfortable with plenty of room. The house was clean, the pool was great and it seemed that each house used the pool at a different time. Andre was very responsive. The grounds were clean and it was a beautiful, quiet setting. Sunrise over the ocean was beautiful!! Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time! We vacationed with friends and our kids, the pool was clean and there were pool noodles and floaties for the kids. One of our goals was to snorkel right from the house-the property has fins and masks, and an outdoor shower to rinse off in. The reef is right off the beach- we saw lots of conches and urchins, sea anemones, a small octopus, great barracuda and reef fish, and even a lobster and eels. We had a lovely time, the sea was a bit rough the first few days because of wind so did some inland activities the first day (botanical gardens and crystal cave are close). We loved that it is the quieter side of the island but close to rum point. The house was clean and had the advertised amenities available. A car is a must to do grocery runs and day activities. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice but about an hour away from most attractions/activities

This place for very private, peaceful and serene. Home was as expected. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place was very clean and the property manager was on site almost daily and was always eager to help with anything. I would definitely recommend!

We had another location booked who backed out on us 1 week before our planned vacation and we are now so glad - because we were able to find and book here and it was Fabulous !! Everything you need for a great get away. Stunning views, sweet pool, and loved being away from all the hustle and bustle, yet plenty of public beaches for snorkling, resturants and a few close stores for basic needs and liquor. Sean and team were great hosts, would return in a heartbeat.

This was a beautiful home in an amazing setting. We enjoyed the privacy. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week in the Caymans.

The place is awesome! Quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most the time. The morning view was very enjoyable. We felt we were in private place.

The house was beautiful and very accommodating. We loved the fact that there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was functional. For the most part, it was very quiet. The other houses in the quad were unoccupied, for most of our stay. You definitely need to let people know, you need a car! We took a cab from the airport to the tune of $125.00, US! I was told it would be $50. That was quite a shock. Fortunately my son had rented a car. It’s way too far to walk anywhere! The closest restaurants are still a 10 minute drive. Totally not within walking distance. We wanted the seclusion but you need to emphasis that it is very secluded! The pool was ok. It could have been a little cleaner but we enjoyed it. The house was very clean and that was much appreciated! The bedrooms were very spacious. You could easily put to more King beds in there. That would have been nice. All in all, we would rent from you again! Thank-you so much for the flexibility of an early check-in & out! BONUS++

The setting was unbelievable! Sunrises and sunsets and the ability to walk out and immediately fish made it a surreal experience!

Beautiful and well appointed house

Highly recommend. The house was as described and reflected to pictures perfectly. Great amenities and well appointed. The pool was fantastic and there is a beautiful reef directly out in front of the house with lots of fish and coral, great snorkeling. Good restaurants a sort drive away and access to tour boats that leave directly from Rum Point save a drive across the island.

This Villa truly is stunning. The drive was scenic and easy. The views are breathtaking and very relaxing. The pool was clean and inviting. This place was well equipped and we had an amazing time.

Great set up, spacious house. I highly recommend one of the houses in the waterfront. We spent a lot of time on the porch and balcony overlooking the water. Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean.

Everything was as advertised in the listing. The house was clean as was the pool area. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view and surroundings were excellent. Sean was quick to respond and resolve a minor issue we had.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is steps to a small beach and a stone’s throw from Rum Point. Perfect situation.

Sean's place is absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. The pics are accurate but when you are there it didn't do it justice. Sean and his wife are amazing hosts and were so helpful on recommendation from charters to restaurants to bars in the area. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. The property manager that was there cleaning the other houses and ground were so nice and checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. There is not one things I could complain about... it is far from the hustle and bustle of vacation area on the island which made it like a true tropical escape!

The house was clean, spacious and roomy. Nice amenities including the pool and beach access. Unfortunately Rum Pointe is still under construction, but we were able to visit other places on the island. Sean was great to work with throughout the entire booking, checking in and out processes. Definitely recommend.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights and we arrived to a spotlessly clean home that had plenty of fresh linens and supplies. The house had more than enough space for our family of four. We loved relaxing in the hammocks watching the waves roll into the beach. The quick and easy drive to Starfish Point, Crystal Caves and nearby restaurants was perfect. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful views - this is the place for you.

The common area of the house was bigger than expected and updated. The pool area was well maintained and plenty of seating for everyone. We had a great time in the space and would definitely rent again

We had a good time at the house and loved the location. The beach is great, but remember that you need water shoes to get in, but once you’re in, there is great snorkeling. The view is breathtaking, the hammocks are very inviting to relax. The house is well laid out, the complex is nice too and wasn’t busy while we were there. The house and grounds are spotless. Communication was great. I’m sure we will come back…!
