We had a great staycation at Sean’s place at ocean paradise. It was perfect for our party of three families with young kids. The place was spotlessly clean. The views are amazing. The kids spent almost all day in the pool which had so many toys and floaters etc which kept them entertained for hours! Would definitely revisit and recommend to others.

Always a favorite for my family’s annual Easter staycation. The villa and surrounding community are beautiful, peaceful and serene. Fully equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable for your entire stay. You will absolutely fall in love with the sea breezes while you relax on the patio or the private beach…or in the hammock!

this was an amazing place that was more appreciated in person. the pics are wonderful but the actual reality of this space is beautiful ????

We had a great time. Would love to do it again. House is modern spacious, clean and comfortable. And you can’t beat the location!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rum Point. Be sure to read the listing thoroughly so you’re prepared (water shoes for the beach, and do you research about the location). Reviews you see that are lower tend to be from people who didn’t do that. It’s a gorgeous setting, and we loved our time there.

Awesome location

We had a great stay on the North Side! The pool was awesome. Great amenities. I appreciated ordering groceries for Saturday and having Andre keep them safe until he put them in our house when we arrived on Sunday. While east side beaches have no seaweed and are prettier, access to snorkeling and excursions are best on this side of the island. We had a car and explored the island. The busyness of SMB made us appreciate our little slice of heaven!

I have returned multiple times to Ocean Paradise because it is truly paradise. The location and access to the beach is wonderful. The owner is attentive and responsive. I highly recommended this property. Thank you for another incredible stay, Sean!

Our time at Ocean Paradise was amazing! The location is in a quieter part of the island, and close to plenty of great beaches and activities. The beach in front of the property is rocky, but we were able to snorkel directly in front of the house and saw a lionfish and other types of tropical fish. The property is quiet and peaceful and other than the few people staying at the other houses, we didn't see another person on the beach the entire week. Rum Point is an easy 5 minute drive away with several great beaches, shallow clear water, beach bars, restaurants, activities, etc... We drove to 7-Mile Beach a couple days, which was ~45 minutes away, but it's a beautiful and easy drive to get to the other side of the island. Restaurant options and grocery stores are definitely limited on the North Side, but there was a small grocery store 5 minutes away for daily trips and we were able to resupply at the larger grocery stores anytime we went into town. Overall highly recommended!

We have stayed at Ocean Paradise multiple times, and enjoy it more every time. It is the perfect location for a staycation on the North Side of the Island. Beautiful, spacious and peaceful with everything we could possibly need to relax and enjoy this amazing beachside community. Absolutely love it!

The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

This was our 6 th stay at Ocean Paradise! Tranquil to the extreme. Responsive host.Only criticism is recent change in air conditioning - unable to set lower than 72( upstairs bedrooms are too warm at night)

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is incredible and home is clean and spacious. It was great to have a small private beach area and access to the swimming pool.

Great house for a vacation (or in our case, a staycation). House was great value for the location and the amenities. Everything was very clean and the pool and the beach were great for families. We had our dog with us and the property manager was very accommodating. We had dinner at nearby Kaibo and used the on location BBQ. I would recommend!

what a WONDERFUL place , family vacation and my sisters family rented the blue house when she found out we were going . great location if you like a quieter vacation. door handles broke repair that night / day very quickly done, Thank you for welcoming us! Highly recommend the Yellow House as an excellent way to experience Cayman Island... great location on the more relaxed North Shore... ocean just steps from the front door and pool just steps from the side door... short drive to Rum Point for drinks, a more swimmable beach, and water activities... grocery store nearby was well stocked... took an easy ferry ride over to Seven Mile Beach for the day... house itself if great and makes for an easy stay... coms with our host was excellent throughout the process... highly recommend.

We loved the beach house, everything was very clean and the host was fast to reply with any questions or concerns. Please note that the beach is rocky so make sure you bring aqua socks. Also, having a mask & snorkel are a must for enjoying the water, you'll want to bring these on your trip as well. My only "complaint" with the property is that nothing is stocked, it only had salt & pepper. It stinks when you have to buy some staple items like sugar. We had leftover plastic wrap, zip lock bags and laundry detergent - I wonder if they will be left for the next guest. Overall, a wonderful house with a nice pool, plenty of parking and steps from the water. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay on Rum Point side of the island. We had a very peaceful and wonderful stay. Very responsive host, willing to go extra mile with help and service!

Sean’s place was just as it was described. We highly recommend ocean paradise. We were a bit surprised by the roaming chickens and pooping on the porches. We still had a great time!

We had a wonderful week! The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. It was so nice to sit on the back patio and watch the kids at the beach and pool as both were so convenient to the house. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Ocean Paradise. It was close to Rum Point, many wonderful restaurants, Crystal Caves, the coffee shop at Kaibo and the Botanical Gardens. We really enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean from the porch with a cup of coffee, swimming in the pool at night and walking the beach during low tide.

Loved the house. 3 comfortable bedrooms with queen or king beds and 3 bathrooms plus a 4th room for kids. Our family of 8 was very comfortable. Pool area was great and we unexpectedly enjoyed some swimming and snorkeling on the beach out front, Chisholm's grocery a few miles down the road had all the essentials and we enjoyed dinners at Kaibo’s, Tukkas East End, and especially La Casita (brunch burrito was delicious). Especially enjoyed hanging out at Rum Point Club’s lovely beach (public is welcome). Family enjoyed excursions to Crystal Caves and The Cayman Parrot Sanctuary. On our last day, we enjoyed swimming and snorkeling at Cemetery Beach at the north end of Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Islanders were very friendly, laid back, hospitable, and welcoming. Driving around on left side or road took careful attention and some getting used to but traffic circles kept traffic flowing beautifully. Probably turned windshield wipers on 50 times even though it never rained all week (wiper control where directional signal usually is) It was a running joke as the grandkids were counting every screw up.

Great location if you want to get away from the crowds. Convenient to some of the nicer attractions on the island, but a long way from the airport and 7-mile beach. Recommend visitors to grocery shop in town before driving to the house. There's a nice little store close by, but not much selection compared to stores in town.

If you are looking for something private and peaceful this place is it! The beach and the pool are just steps from the door. The house is beautiful and well stocked with all of the things you would need to make your vacation one to remember. There is a grocery store with in a few minutes drive as well as restaurants and the Starfish beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

WE LOVED THIS PLACE!! Beautiful home! We were a group of 3 married couples on vacation and in need of a place last minute. Sean was very responsive and helpful from the moment I reached out! We felt very comfortable, safe, and relaxed once we arrived. The pictures don't really do it justice as we felt it was much better! Rum point restaurant is a short drive down the road, along with starfish point. We enjoyed visiting both beaches and then returning to the pool in the afternoon. We stayed in the yellow house and it was perfect for our group! It was overall a beautiful home and location and I would definitely recommend to families and to groups like ours!

Great location right on the beach, wonderful amenities and the pool is so great for kids. Our family enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the market a short drive away.

Ocean Paradise is a beautiful, peaceful, clean place to spend a week on Grand Cayman. The house is very well equipped with all the comforts of home. The two upstairs bedrooms offer beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise. The three bedrooms were comfortable, private and there is a full bath for the occupants of each bedroom to utilize. We had a wonderful time during our stay at Ocean Paradise!!!!! It was very relaxing and serene to retreat back to the privacy of our yellow house after having a fun filled day exploring the beautiful island. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away from it all and just chill.

Beachfront property was wonderful. Nice to get away from the traffic of the Seven Mile area but still close to great activities and restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

Our stay was great! Everything was as advertised and the pictures showed the grounds and house perfectly. The address took us to a house two doors down on our map app, but I recognized it from pics. House had plenty of beach towels. Salt and pepper and coffee filters were the only extras in the kitchen besides listed items. Beach was right out the door, but we never swam there as it is on north side which can be rough, and it was very windy. Pool was awesome and clean with plenty of furniture. There were four beach chairs (not in great shape but available), and no snorkel gear as stated on listing. A car is a must if you are planning on going anywhere. Chesholm’s grocery/liquor, Rum Point and Kaibo are close, but you need to drive. Also, this side of island is really quiet, and we drove all over east end twice and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to do the sting ray tour and rent gear with Red Sail right from Rum Point. Would highly recommend this lovely, roomy house!

Our 5 night stay was great! The property is private and peaceful. Seven mile beach is about an hour away with traffic. We liked being able to drive to seven mile and then return to this peaceful haven. Rum Point is very close, and beautiful! Sean was attentive, even checked in with us to make sure all was well.

Had a wonderful stay! Looking forward to going back. Thank you for helping to make our visit such a great time for our family!

As much as I would love to gatekeep this location, I just can’t!! I highly recommend!!! I’d spend every vacation here if I could!!!

We booked this location for a family birthday surprise and it was fantastic. We liked the private beachfront location and it is on the opposite side of the island from the main city of Georgetown. There were plenty of close by restaurants (drivable) and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cooking and feeling at home.

GREAT HOST ... THE HOME WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED GREAT VIEW...I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RENTING A CAR ...OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AN ACCOMMODATIONS...BEAUTIFUL HOME

The property and house was absolutely beautiful. We can’t of asked for a better place to stay. The listing was accurate.

House and grounds were great. I just think we were there at the wrong time of year because the mosquitoes and see weed was so bad, but like I said everything thing else was great

Ocean Paradise #5 was a fabulous spot for our family get away. Great snorkeling steps from the house, and just a few minutes away from Starfish Point, Rum Point & Kaibo- definitely recommend an evening meal at Kaibo Upstairs! If you’re looking for a quieter spot on the island, this is an excellent choice.

Sean's place is wonderful. We rented both the yellow and the green homes. The views are outstanding and the pool was a lovely break in May. It's modern, clean, and the upstairs bedrooms are surprisingly private. It was great to be able to use a bbq every night. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.

This villa is in a beautiful location right off the water! The property was very clean and spacious. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with and polite. My family and I had a wonderful stay here, and would definitely book again.

This place was gorgeous and well equipped. My friends and I enjoyed the pool and doing some marveling at the tide-pools. Even through the beach was rocky we brought our water shoes and had a fun looking at the sea life. The place isn’t walkable to much but we had a rental car and that made getting around to restaurants and the grocery store and snorkeling and stingray city was a breeze. We realized our first day in that we had no hot water but they came and fixed the water heater super promptly. Great communication! Fully recommend staying here!

Wow factor. If your looking to get away w the whole family or just your girlfriend or wife it’s perfect. She’s secluded away from all of the hustle. The views everyone will love. Kids will remember forever or your wow for the wife and all of the IG photos. This is your place. You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful house and property! So peaceful to be able to watch the ocean from the front deck and upper balconies!

We had a lovely week-long stay at the yellow house. The house was spotless when we arrived, had everything we needed, was spacious, and the grounds were beautiful. There were wild parrots in the trees and fun hermit crabs appearing here and there, much to my kids’ delight. The arrangement of the houses provides enough privacy but still feels like a small community with the other guests. Staff supporting the houses were top notch and very responsive. House was very spacious with big rooms and bathrooms - feels like a family home that you could live in full time. Great place for a longer stay - the small grocery store down the road has a surprising range of items and was helpful to have as it’s a bit of a drive to the more populated areas. The few local restaurants around the house were great though. Overall a very relaxing stay. Plan on driving a ways to get to a good swimming beach, but the quiet is well worth it.

Very nice the cleanliness was top notch had everything you needed to make yourself at home. the views are fantastic the layout was also great. plenty of towels and soap for your guests. 50 steps to the ocean 50 steps to the pool 20steps to the grill. 25 minutes from main grocery store Hurley's although 1 within 3 miles and another in 10 miles. 45 minutes to airport. Very quiet great location great air conditioning always comfortable and quick to cool down.just a short drive to the botanical gardens great staff and very welcoming. The management group was outstanding.

Fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing, the house is very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! We loved how mellow and quiet the North End of the island was. Very relaxing stay!

It was 7 of us in the house there really spacious and clean, we had a wonderful time!
