Absolutely—here’s your updated version with that added in smoothly: We recently had the pleasure of staying here and had a great experience. The location was easy to find, the entry code worked right away, and we were greeted by a clean, fresh-smelling home as soon as we walked in. Everything was just as described, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the beach area could have been a bit cleaner, but we completely understand given the impact of the hurricane and how debris can wash ashore. Despite that, the views were absolutely amazing—especially watching both the sunrise and sunset. We highly recommend this place. It’s very close to Rum Point, so if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing area, this is definitely the spot. We truly felt right at home.

The house is large and spotless. There were lots of pool toys and floats and even snorkeling gear in the common area by the pool. Beach access was easy. Something to note is that during the winter months the wind is ofter strong from the north. This was the case during our stay. The beaches on the north side all had a lot of Sargassum/Sea grass. It was actively cleaned up, but there was no way they could keep up. Also, the waves and current was strong. So, we did not get in the ocean at the house. If you are planning to snorkel during the winter months on the north side you may be disappointed. A fun find is that there are stingrays right off Rum point. Wade in to the left of the main pier to the sand bar. We got a fun ray experience without going on a Stingray city tour.

We had a lovely stay out here on the north side of the island. Plenty of feral chickens and kittens which my toddler was absolutely fascinated by. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. it was a forty five minute to one hour drive into George Town. The pool was beautiful, if a bit chilly still in late March, the ocean was a much better temperature. Secluded little beach at the bottom of the property, with lawn chairs, but plenty of rocks in the ocean so definitely recommend water shoes for this beach for sure. But we had a great time sitting out on the beach at night and marveling at the clarity of the stars. Great kitchen with plenty of space and we liked there was a washer and dryer for all those bathing suits, etc. The host also requested a fully refundable $500 deposit through the Airbnb app, which was refunded back through the app the day after we left. I appreciate the hassle-free return of my deposit. Would absolutely recommended this place!

Great location and quiet. Pool area was large and very clean. The house was perfect for us and I can't wait to book there again. Ice making fridge was also nice amenity.

A wonderful space for 3 adults to have enough room for privacy and also social time. The house is larger and nicer in-person, than what we expected from the listing photos. The kitchen was equipped, and the washer+dryer was a big plus. Easy short drive to Rum point and the east end. Easy parking on site by the house. Shared pool with other units, family friendly vibes. Would recommend and book again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful place - very clean, absolutely spotless linens, dishes and home. The grounds are cleaned regularly and well maintained. Far from the crowds and off the beaten path. The beach on the north side is rocky, but you cannot beat the view. This home is very big - the five of us spread out and had a lot of privacy. Double hammocks, plenty of seating outdoors- we made good use of all. All utensils were spotless and very thoughtful array of pots and pans. Very well planned and thoughtfully appointed group of homes. Miss it already!

We absolutely loved Sean’s place. The views were incredible. The spaciousness was incredible. The host was so helpful and available. We can’t wait to rent it again. You won’t regret your stay.

Stunning home with beautiful pool and ocean views. Just a short 10-minute drive to get groceries and to visit other beautiful beaches and restaurants.

Awesome place to stay. Wish the beach was cleaner from the sea weed but not much yo can do about that as this side of the Island is exposed to open sea. Loved the place and views! We will be returning. Thanks again !

Very beautiful property! It was luxurious, clean, comfortable, very well stocked, and perfect for my little family. We appreciated it being able to spread out and have our own bathrooms. Will definitely be coming back to this place when we visit the island again!

This was our second stay at the property, first at 2013. Although a little older, the property worked well for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids. The house was clean and fairly well equipped. We tended to eat dinner at the house and found the kitchen equipment satisfactory but missing a few desired things. Management was very friendly and responsive. The pool was well maintained and used heavily by our group. Due to the winter storm in the northeast we extended our stay a few days, necessitating a move to a different house. The transfer was seamless. We now have stayed in 3 of the 5 houses. Ocean Paradise was certainly that for our travels this year. Thanks again!

This was the perfect place for 3 couples to share! It is on the quieter side of the Island; but Rum Point and Starfish Point are just right there. There is also no reason to leave. Beautiful views. You walk out to your porch and then pool and a few short steps away is the ocean with a nice strip of beach. There is no need to book a home closer to the beach. We really enjoyed it. We thought we might have an ice maker issue; Sean was very quick to answer. It turned out to be operator error. It worked perfectly. Communication was great. All three of the bedrooms are very spacious. We are planning to return next year! One thing people should know is that you will need to bring all of your own spices for cooking. Coffee filters are provided. A larger grocery store is about 20 minutes away. We got groceries on the way there. They do have a service that will have your groceries in the home upon your arrival. We may try that next time.

The house was nice and lovef the view. Unfortunately, we had a cool and rainy week so we didn't even get to use the pool. We did explore the island and still had a great week.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful, right next to run point, and beautiful scenery. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
